China–Korea Academic Exchange on Gynecologic Thermal Ablation with Dr. Lee Sung Hoon

On September 2, 2025, an academic exchange on thermal ablation for uterine fibroids and adenomyosis was held at the
Ultrasound Department of Shanghai Tenth Hospital, organized by RF MEDICAL China.
The meeting gathered experts from China and South Korea, including Dr. Lee Sung Hoon of Namu-jungwon Women’s Hospital
and leading professors from Shandong and Tongji University hospitals. Participants observed live ablation procedures and
shared clinical insights on optimizing treatment outcomes. Dr. Lee presented innovative Korean approaches for complex cases,
emphasizing the value of thermal ablation in gynecologic care.
This exchange opened new opportunities for collaborative learning and set the stage for future developments in gynecologic
ablation led by RF MEDICAL.
